THE POWER OF HUMAN MIND

By Eric D. Nnaji

The human mind is like the eyes of the real person inside every human being, it can create different types of image in just a second, it is really what defines humans the big question is  what type of image do you as an individual allow to spend more than one second in the mind.
Therefore, humans get to chose who they really are by the type of image that stays longer in their mind (good or bad).
1. Do you know: Gossip
In order for a man to gossip you think negatively, not only that; you will have this negative memory and will have to it with other people. The bad thing with this is that the second you have a negative thought in your mind the biochemistry of your brain changes unlashing cortisol which is a stress hormone unlashing into the blood, which tends to weaken the immune system and limits the action of the white blood cells and increases the changes of infection and even promotes weight gain; all this from the human mind.
In essences the human mind is what defines every individual here on earth. A man is not good because he is created to be but because he makes about 40,000 plus good images or pictures in his mind.
Hence no man is created to either to be good or bad, but we are created as natural , neutral being to be defined by the pictures of created by the mind.
2. Do you know:
That humans have an average of 60,000 thousand thought a day!!! but the reality of the whole things is that not only are there our yesterday thought but are negative thoughts, either dwelling on something bad in the past or something bad that can potentially happen in the future. The moment we have this negative thoughts the immediate we unlashing Cortisol  the stress hormone to the entire body.
3. Do you know:Anxiety
Most people just believe that situations cause them anxiety, stress or depression but the truth is that there is no situation on earth that can cause someone to experience any form of anxiety, rather it is the psychological reactions to the situation that can cause you to experience anxiety and not the situation itself. So chose your daily thought wisely and build yourself to that person you want to be. ericnnaji.blogspot.com.nghttps://ericnnaji.blogspot.com.ng/search/label/Articles

Critics inciting youths against Buhari –Lai Mohammed

Published April 21, 2018 Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, says President Muhammadu Buhari has passion and concern for Nigerian youths, as opposed to what the critics of his administration want the people to believe. He said this on Friday in Abeokuta, Ogun State while fielding questions from journalists at the ongoing African Drum Festival. The minister dismissed reports quoting President Buhari as describing all Nigerian youths as lazy and always waiting for free things. He noted that the current administration had invested in the youth with some of its programmes. He said, “Some people have just made it their full-time job these days to scrutinise and twist whatever the President says out of context. “I wonder how a government that has employed 100,000 unemployed graduates and also feeds about 7.5 million people daily could be tagged anti-youth. “Our social investment prog

JOB CREATION AS A PANACEA TO YOUTH RESTIVENESS (NIGERIA)

By Eric D. Nnaji  CHAPTER ONE 1.0 INTRODUCTION The words ‘youth’ and ‘restiveness’ have become so commonly used together in the last couple of years that it seems to have taken on a life of its own. In the last decade and more there has been a proliferation of cases all over the country and indeed the world, of youth agitations which have tons of people dead and valuable infrastructure as well as personal properties lost and destroyed. A sustained protestation embarked upon to enforce a desired outcome from a constituted authority by an organised body of youths, fits the label of youth restiveness. It is also a combination of any action or conduct that constitutes unwholesome, socially unacceptable activities engaged in by the youths in any community. It is a phenomenon which in practice has led to a near breakdown of law and order, low productivity due to disruption of production activities, increasing crime rate, intra-ethnic hostilities, and harassment of prospective d
